Talent Inspirations was created to address the performance enhancement needs of businesses ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 50’s. We meet with clients to understand challenges and skill gaps at the individual and organization levels. Our coaching draws on more than 36 years of experience. We believe that “the more they like it, the more they learn.” We create our programs accordingly.

Our Approach

We design, develop and deliver leadership and team development programs in the US and abroad. Talent Inspirations takes pride in creating an environment where participants are engaged and energized as they learn. We are a firm believer that if participants are enjoying the session, they’ll get the most out of it. Sessions are interactive and designed in such a way that each participant walks away with an individual action plan to carry the learning forward. Meet Our Chief Learning Officer

Mary Schneider is a business performance enrichment specialist who provides coaching to senior executives and individuals seeking to achieve corporate or personal excellence. She has 30+ years of diverse experience across organizational and geographic boundaries, ranging from directing three of GE leadership programs in over 100 countries to providing consulting services to family-run start-ups and Fortune 500 firms. Mary is a proven leadership coach with in-depth experience in performance management, leadership development, recruitment, talent management, competency integration into business practices and assessing individuals and teams across diverse functions. She has done extensive work with the multi-generation workforce and routinely assists C-level executives in developing strategies that align corporate goals to employee priorities. Mary holds an MBA and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She is a GE-certified Change Acceleration Process Coach, has taught at GE’s Jack Welch Institute and is certified to teach Lominger’s Suite of Competency-based Tools. Mary is Six Sigma trained, Green Belt Certified, and has designed and presented training seminars and workshops to global audiences including assignments in South Africa, Kenya, Canada, the United States, England, France, Belgium, Indonesia, Spain, China and Singapore.
